About the founder
Gaddiel E. Cruz
Owner & Founder, Dentaris Handpiece Pro Repair
Gaddiel is the Owner and Founder of Dentaris Handpiece Pro Repair, a service-driven company focused on precision, reliability, and efficiency in dental handpiece repairs.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and currently practices as a Registered Nurse at Vancouver General Hospital, where he works with complex oncology cases including leukemia, lymphoma, and other blood-borne diseases. The same attention to detail and quality standards that clinical work demands carry directly into every repair.
That discipline is reinforced through hands-on collaboration with senior dental handpiece technicians who bring over 20 years of industry expertise to the bench.

How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are completed within a minimum of 3 business days. You’ll receive your repair quote within 24 hours of pickup, and we keep you posted along the way.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, debit, and credit cards. Payment is due after the invoice is approved and the handpiece repair is completed. We deliver the handpiece in person to the contact address provided.
What quality of parts do you use?
We use high-quality, OEM-compatible generic handpiece parts — selected for fit, durability, and performance, and backed by a written warranty on your invoice.
What does the warranty cover?
- Replacement parts typically carry a 3–6 month warranty, and in some cases up to 1 year, depending on the repair.
- Labour is a fixed $120 CAD and includes a 90-day labour warranty.
- If the same issue occurs after 90 days on the same handpiece, labour is $60 CAD.
All warranty details specific to your repair are clearly listed on your invoice.
Which handpieces do you repair?
We service all types of dental handpieces — air-driven, slow speed, high speed, and electric. If a handpiece is not serviceable, we’ll inform you in advance.
How does the loaner service work?
Complete the repair form, and we’ll pick up your handpiece at your selected time with a loaner provided at pickup (no cost — simply offered while supplies last). You’ll receive a quote within 24 hours by email. Approve it and keep the loaner until your handpiece is repaired; decline it and we’ll collect the loaner and return your handpiece.
Can you pick up outside business hours?
Yes — pickup times outside our regular hours can be arranged upon request. Just mention your preferred time in the repair form or give us a call.
